The restaurant’s refined and intimate interiors feature an open kitchen inviting guests to follow the chef ‘behind the scenes’ to discover the secrets of his gastronomic innovations. Le 1947, the Maison’s exceptional restaurant, owes its name to the most prestigious and sought after vintage of Château Cheval Blanc.

Sybille de Margerie created an elegant universe for this remarkable and intimate three Michelin star restaurant. The flooring in Macassar ebony blends with the Cordoba chocolate coloured leather, creating a harmonious link between the Maison’s interiors and this distinguished culinary experience.

The Charcuterie and Liqueur cellars, luxuriously encased in bronze, were inspired by wedding cabinets. Each piece of furniture was expertly designed by Sybille de Margerie for Cheval Blanc.
